How to setup Failure Analysis & Failure Codes

Hi Guys,

Require some help related to setting up Failure Analysis in JD Cams 9.2.  What is the best way to use this functionality from analysis point of view. Is there a way we can make it mandatory for the users to enter the failure codes when Work Order is created or Planned?
