PACO Error while running R052901

Hello Team ,

When we do enter future timecards like Company Period is set to Feb and we are processing timecards for October 2016.

Now when we see out octput it says PACO Message with Warning in Report. However Batch Type 51 is created with error.

Why it is getting moved to Error Batch even after warning message in R052901?

Is this Working as Designed ? Is this Bug ? Is there any setting in system constant where i can move my Batch to P or A instead of E in case of Future Date Timecard ?
