CREDLIMIT Workflow not sending notification to Credit manager

Hi all,

we have an issue with notification sending to credit manager for CREDLIMIT workflow, which is working in PY environment, but not in PD. I have checked following settings (regarding to E1: 03B: How To Activate Workflow Messages for Credit and Collections (CREDLIMIT) (Doc ID 661169.1))

- workflow is active in both environments

- UDC 01|CR is same in both environments

- credit manager is assigned to customer in both environments

Our problem is, that approval notifications are sending to address number 1001, not to our credit manager defined in UDC 01|CR or in Customer master.

Regarding to E1: WRKFLW: CREDLIMIT Workflow Hardcoded With Address Book Number 1001 (
