Rebuildable Serial Number Not Mandatory For Serialized Rebuildable In Work Order During Work Order Creation in draft, unreleased status.

This validation is imposed only during the release of the work order, however this is not the case with asset numbers.

We expect the behavior to be same for both asset numbers and serialized rebuildables.

Kindly provide some inputs in this regard.
