Hi,

We are looking for alternative solution for CRM Desktop and thoughts were going through the CalDav option instead of SSSE, would like to hear from someone if it was really a right option we are going with.

Secondly, kindly share the integration architecture of the outlook > caldav > Siebel.

Based on our understanding, the integration configuration was involved the following steps.

1.Create integration configuration through EAI Object manager.

2.Install the plugin at client side i.e. outlook

The above understanding was having any missing.

Here, caldav server installation was required in addition to it.
