Why does my new option in my CWB plan not show up in Emp Admin or when mapping employee statement?

The 4 options are visible on the allocations worksheet but when viewing employee through administration the 4th option is not visible nor when mapping a statement you can map to option 4 but the value is not visible on the statement.  This is the only plan where I have used 4 options.  Would it make a difference if I created a new plan vs. adding option to existing plan.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
