Support Tools
A while ago one Oracle support analyst had me download a tool that I would execute on my laptop and then give him permissions to connect through it via ssh to other systems (ZFS controllers at that time), I believe I started that ssh session, gave him permissions and he took over while I watched what he was typing.
I am trying to find a MOS page or document where it describes that and other tools that Support analysts use, I saw it before but for some reason I can’t find it.
Anyone who can point me to that description page and list of tools?
