Employee had a person type change from active employee.applicant to active employee.ex-applicant.
This more of a HCM/Purchasing question. We had an employee that applied for another position within our company, but the employee was not selected for the position. The employee person type changed from active employee.applicant end dated 10-14-2016 to active employee.ex-applicant effective 10-15-2016. As a result of this, it impacted the employee's current work duties. Requisitions created by this employee could not be seen until 10-15-2016. We have never come across this problem before. Has anyone else seen this?
