Work Request Approval Notification Action > Additonal Information and Request Information

Need clarifications on the following actions on the work request approval notification.

1. Additional Information - Only sends FYI type of notification to the work request creator, where the work request creator cannot provide any additional information. He has to open and update the work request.

The additional information provided is not notified to the approver.

2. Additional Information with Reassign field filled - Sends FYI notification to the work request creator and delegate the authority of approval to the reassigned person.

3. Request Information - Request Information, where the information provided is only captured in the notification approval history, which is lost once the workflow is completed.
