Fresh population workflow error

Hi,

We are using Refresh Population workflow under PTP. Quite frequently, the workflow would error out. The error message in db_exception_log shows the error message http://prdora09.westfarm.com:7003/demantra/WorkflowServer?action=run_proc&user=ptp&password=A1DE348A80908613265E018D3DD6EE4C04646AF7&schema=DGI Refresh Population&sync=no. Do you know what this means and how to avoid this? Usually, after we terminated the workflow and rerun it, the workflow will complete successfully.
