Brocade DS-300B serial console unable to access

Dear Experts,

I have Brocade DS-300B SAN switch. I am unable to access serial console, it is throwing all junk characters . I restarted a switch, but issue remains same.

I am using USB serial console cable, same cable is works for all Oracle servers, Cisco switches serial console, so cable and my settings are correct.

Please help here.
