Forms do not work after EBS integrated with SSO

Hello all,

We are in the Test region. we got the SSO integrated with EBS (OID/OAM). We are able to successfully login to EBS, but. when we chose any responsibility and access the form...it keeps spinning. The form does not open.

(We are using IE 11. Our organization is not supporting any other browsers)

Any ideas or tips on where to look?
