Rules in 11.2.4.0.79

Hi,

We are currently implementing ARM 11.2.4.0.79

When we go to formats, we don't see these two things that we see in ARM admin guide

There is no tab for Rules as mentioned in the admin guide when we open one format and when we try to add a rule for a custom attribute , all we see is " set attribute access' as a rule for the attribute but the admin guide states that there should be the following list of rules that we can add such as :

1) auto submit reconciliation

2) auto approve reconciliation

3) Prevent reconciliation approval

4) Prevent reconciliation submission

5) Set attribute value
