Close a receipted PO which is uninvoiced

Hi All,

We have few open POs which get appeared on uninvoiced receipt report and one of the shipment lines in those POs is already receipted but have not created any AP invoice against that (no quantity billed).

Can I know if we can close this PO without creating an AP invoice for that Receipted Shipment? If we close will it get displayed in uninvoiced receipt report?

Any suggestions to remove it from the uninvoiced receipt report?
