Regarding latest Oracle Critical Patch Update Advisory - October 2016

Hi Team,

we have instance Oracle E business Suite R12.1.3 (64 bit) on oracle Database (11.2.0.4- 64bit) , located on RHEL-64bit.

This is 2 node installation ( one database server and one application server).

My concern is that , we have received  "Oracle Critical Patch Update Advisory - October 2016" mail . so I'm referring Doc ID 2171485.1  and getting confused over the section "3.1.5.4 Oracle Database 11.2.0.4" , there are many patches described in section. I'm getting confused which "Oracle Database home" patch I should applied. 

Kindly suggest with patch number for RDBMS Oracle home and ERP applications server as well with patch number.
