OLM Scheduler Event are stucked to queued or Failing

I already verified that Scheduler is running based on the resolution Event Stuck in Queued Status In the Scheduler Event Report (Doc ID 1331057.1)

But Events are still stuck to Queued, also no other logs found in the server related to this.
