Oracle 12c RAC on VMware

Hi ,

  One of my client requirement is to build RAC setup on vmware, could anyone please suggest on the below queries.

              - What are the Oracle pre-requisites for a RAC setup are they different from a standalone requirement?

              - What are VMWare pre-requisites /features needed for an Oracle HA setup?

              - What is the topology (do we continue to work in standard 2x db instances , 1x san storage)

              - High availability scenarios

              - Do we use vmotion /storage vmotion for db instance redundancy?
