Browser showing no output after running report

Hi Guys,

On a Clone server i am running a report whose output should come in browser as a PDF but when the browser opens... the page is empty the file is neither shown or downloaded.

while running the same thing on the live server the above step is running fine.....

same thing is happening for excel files..

i have checked the "Viewer:" profile options both Clone and Live server are same.

Output Post Processor is also running

any suggestions....
