Excluding Timecards from Payroll

Hello,

I have setup 2 pay types and i want the payroll to process only the timecards that are entered under the 1^st pay type and not under the 2^nd one.

So, how can I exclude from the payroll execution the timecards that are being entered through TIme Entry under the 2^nd pay type?
