After upgrade to R12.2.5 requisition approval notifications email is missing part of header such as

After upgrade to R12.2.5 requisition approval notifications email is missing part of header such as description, requisition total, non-recoverable tax, etc.  Prior to upgrade email requisition notifications used to have right side of header information.  Post upgrade it is missing.  Notification in application when signed up shows all the information.  Did any one come across the issue?  Please let us know.
