UK PAY: Sending receiving files between Oracle & HMRC

Hi

Oracle EBS GB UK Payroll produces RTI FPS/EAS files and these need to be sent to HMRC.

I am looking for some pointers/links/documentation to find out any third party softwares who have inbuilt interface (SFTP) with HMRC system to send Oracle produced RTI files.

Is this 'third party software' (in addition to Oracle) required at all?

Could the RTI files from Oracle be uploaded/sent to HMRC directly?

Thoughts?
