Grid Infrastructure Installation

Dears


While installation of Grid Infrastructure i found this error in the prerequisite checks (Windows user account consistency check across nodes - Checks consistency of Windows user account across)

although the two nodes have the same name of user account , the same password and in the administrator group.. Can any one help me to solve this issue ?
