Performance improvement on RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL integrity script needed

Whilst searching for something else I just came across this blog article relating to common problems with RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL integrity.

Whilst it is a useful post, note that it mentions

"In order to be proactive and try and avoid this issue occurring, it is suggested to run the RFR Integrity Check script periodically as part of a scheduled maintenance process.

On a recent project, i was working on RPM 14.1 performance and issues in RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL was one of the things Oracle Support asked us to check.
