Customer re-egineering
Hello,
I have the following Case in EBS:
i have one customer with the below structure:
1 party name - one account - 4 sites.
i want to re-structure the 4 sites to the following structure:
for each site will have one party name and one account.
so we will have 4 new parties.
how can we solve it? is customer merge function will be useful for it?
