Java Run time error while opening Oracle Universal installer

Hi Team,

I was trying to Open Oracle Universal installer for JDE demo 9.1, but it is not getting started & im getting an error message as shown below. I have already java/jre installed in my machine, but still im getting the error. Could any one suggest me how to tackle this issue?
