PDF Pay advice is not changing according to the changes to the DDP003.sqr and PYSSPXML.sqc

We need to add a new Leave plan to the Self-service pay Advice.

I changed the DDP003.SQR to read that plan type and then I added logic to combine   and pass to the LeaveEndBalance.

Then I change the PYSSPXML.sqc to pass that to a lto_bal  xml tag. I changed the  Report Defintion SSPOFADV  to add this xml tag to the rtf file and I
uploaded to that to  report definition.

I ran the PYDDAUSA process

When I trace PYSSPXML.sqc and DDP003.SQR all the tags are correctly showing but when I go to employee self-service to view that pay advice I am not
