Sample Size Field Is Not Visible In The Receiving Inspection Collection Plan

Hello

I saw readed and aplyed the Document (Doc ID 2167121.1) but I can not see the sample size.

I set:

Collection Plan
Sample Plan
Sample Plan asociation

Comment: I am working in - Oracle Applications : 11.5.10.2

Are there any setup to consider to see the sample size when I enter the quality result from Receiving Transaction Form?
