Populating a custom attribute based on value in balance extract

Hi,

We are currently implementing 11.1.2.4.0.79. There is an activity flag coming in the balance extract which has values true or false. If the value is false we would like to auto reconcile the account.

Is there a way to perform this operation?

Also is it possible to auto populate a custom attribute called 'activity flag' based on a value coming from the balance extract? and if the custom attribute has a value false, auto reconcile the account? in other words point the field 'activity flag' in the balance extract to a custom attribute and auto populate based on the value in balance extract.
