Urgent Announcement for Benefits Customers Still Submitting 2015 ACA Files to the IRS

Please be aware that Oracle EBS Development is currently in the process of applying for our 2016 Software ID.   As a part of this process, the IRS has temporarily set our Software Developer TCC code back to Test status.  This means that customers attempting to transmit to the IRS AIR production environment may receive an error preventing them from submitting their file due to this temporary TCC status change. Therefore it is highly recommended that any further submissions be halted until the new Software ID has been provided for 2016.

Once our 2016 application is approved and the new Software ID has been received, our TCC code will be moved back to Production.  At that time, we will update this announcement (or post a new one) to notify our customers that they can once again submit their ACA files to the IRS AIR production environment.
