How to change the "value date" that list in ACH outbound file to Bank

Hello

I would like to know is there a way to change the "value date" that is listed in ACH outbound file which goes to Bank. Our bank is going to charge per transaction fee based on sale day ACH.

I believe the value date defaults to the date file is created. Is there way to change through set up not to default to creation date?
