Georgia local requirements

Did any one come across the requirement of showing payment details on journal line description?

if yes then is there any Financial localization/globalization provided oracle for Georgia or any other European countries related to this requirement?

already checked the European localization/globalization guide but not help full in this regard.

anyone handled such requirement? appreciate someone to shed some light on this.
