Siebel and MicroServices Architecture

MicroServices Architecture is hot topic now in IT organization. I have following question.

1.What are plans for Siebel to support MicroServices?

2. Does IP 2017 or IP 2016 supports MicroServices Architecture elements like functional decomposition, autonomous and CI (Continuous Integration) and CD?

3. If yes to question 2, what are the skills sets needed to implement Microservices in Siebel ?
