Loaner Repair and return process
Dear All,
Just want to know about the process whil e we provide loaner to the customer how it's trackable? The issue is this loaner item for the company is Asset Item (Not Inventory). Ofcourse the item number is change in this case.
so it's logical and correct for the process to change the loaner item in logistics lines? and receive back this loaner(asset item) back to sepecific subinventory?
Can anyone explore more who is currently using this process, will appreciate..
