A: It is under development. Soon will be getting notification on TFA Note

Q: How can TFA can help taking system dump, oradebug, say mode 256, 266,267 or hanganalyze?

A: Enabling realtime diag colllection will automatically collect all the traces

  You can use prw tool to collect the oradebug and latch reports using TFA
