Mobile Email approval for Purchase Requisitions in Version 9.2

We are currently on version 9.1 and using Approval Framework for Requisition approvals.  We have the SCM Purchasing application, but not eProcurement.

We would like to verify that when we upgrade to 9.2 and the latest Tools release, we would be able to configure the system to allow mobile requisition approvals (or denials) directly from the email itself rather than having to log into the system.  Specifically, can this be done from the PS Enterprise SCM Purchasing application even if eProcurement is not installed?
