Can't open "SQL MONITORING" in CloudControl 13cR2 for db version 11.2

Can't open "SQL MONITORING" in CloudControl 13cR2 for db version 11.2

After update to CloudControl 13cR2 form 13cR1 I can't open page "SQL MONITORING" for database versions 11.2.0.4

I've got a message:

Message:Java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06553: PLS-306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'REPORT_SQL_MONITOR_LIST'

For database version 12.1.0.2 the problem does not occur.

How to fix this bug?
