How to create users in Siebel Sample Database ?

Hi,

I was provided with Siebel Loyalty Sample Tools and client. I want to create users in it. Later I found that for creating a user, firstly I have to create an account in DB, then have to add the account to the SSE_Role and the has to provide authentication for the user in DB.

I don't where how to do the above. How can I access the Database in sample version of Siebel Loyalty?

Please help me in creating a user in Database

Located the exe, dbisqlc.exe, in the Tools folder and executed it as administrator.
