Facing Error on Create Offer Page in iRecruitemnet

Hi People,

I am facingNotification while generating "New Offer" to any Candidate, The notification is "The applicant is not eligible for any compensation plans. Contact your benefits administrator to assign compensation plans for this applicant." Actually We have Configured some Compensation plan to calculate Salary Breakup at the time of Offer to an Applicant. Due to so this notification, Compensation Plan do not come when I Press "Next" on Create Offer Page. If any one has Idea, Please Update
