Rebates in J D Edwards Advanced Pricing

Hi,

I have an issue specific to rebates calculations for an item. The item customer combination does not create F4079 records. But the same customer / other items and Same item/Other customers have no issues. On debugging it was found that the R42800 program looks for set up in F4077 table. It does not find the Item Gr Key/Customer Gr. Key/Adjustment Detail  combination defined in Rebate Threshold File F4077. How is this combination populated in F4077?  I tried using P4077 application but somehow the Adjustment Detail field is greyed out.
