Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Oracle 12c network encryption

I'm trying to implement sqlnet encryption. I read some articles but still have some questions.

I understand this is different from TDE which requires wallet. Does network encryption need wallet? I'm on oracle 12c RAC two nodes on Linux.
