Registers/Store goes into loop when offline

Have you experienced the following issue?

1. Registers will go into open register/close register Loop.  Store tries to open the
register while offline, the register will prompt, "the register must be
closed to open".  The store tries to close the register, the register
will prompt, "the register must be opened to close".  It is
basically an endless loop the store cannot get out of and cannot ring on the
register while it is in this state

2. Store goes offline before they have had a chance to run open the store on ORPOS.
Similar looping message as the opening register scenario, but this goes on the
