upgrade grid_home from 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.2

Hi All ,

it is  regarding Upgrade Grid_home from 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.2 (rolling upgrade).we have a rac-one(active,passive) environment.

on selecting upgrade an existing Oracle Clusterware and Oracle ASM installation > select all nodes > prefer to run root script maually

my question is regarding rootupgrade.sh ,as i have a rac-one(active-passive) environment .

1)  After i run rootupgrade.sh script on passive node node  ,do i need to relocate all DB to passive node  and the run   rootupgrade.sh on other node .

What do you all suggest,customer want this to be without downtime.
