Is it possible to backup using ExaBR and restore to another location?

Is it possible to take a backup using ExaBR and restore it to another server?  If the same template is used to create a clean VM, can an ExaBR backup be restored to that location if it has the same server name on another server? 

If there is a server on DEV server called server1.blahblah.com can I copy the backup file to the UI server and restore it to a VM created with the same template named server1.blahblah.com?
