Upload data through API in Assignment Form

Hello Everyone,

I am working on R12.1.3 for one of the client.

Client undergone to Reorganization, in this they changing the positions and organizations drastically, i defined all positions and organizations, now my problem is i want to amend these changes in Assignment form with different effective dates, there are around 400+ employees, to achieve this anyone have draft API's or any other easy way to achieve this.
