Unable to set up payables financial options

Hi

We have created a new business group, new hrms and payables responsibility, new OU and ran security list maintenance.

security and business group profile were set for the new responsibilities.

However, when going to the new payables resp, we are not able to see the new OU to proceed with financial set ups

is there any set up that needs to be done in order to continue with the payables set up.
