In-transit is not cleared in SIM and RMS.

in Store Inventory Management (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

A store order is raised in SIM and the respective transfers are created and Shipped to SIM from RWMS.

After receiving the Warehouse deliveries in SIM, the Shipment status has changed to "Received" and has updated the same in RMS.

But the In-Transit item bucket for the that item remains the same, the SOH is not updated both in SIM and RMS and the In-Transit quantity for the item in RMS is not cleared. The Received today item bucket is also not updated for that item which is received.

Is there any solution for this issue or workaround to how to clear the in-transit both in SIM and RMS and update the SOH as well. SIM version is 13.2.4.
