Anyone else getting supplier watch list SQL Error

Looking at adding the Supplier Watch List functionality for our Procurement Team amongst the other Procurement Operations Tiles is "Supplier Watch List", through preferences I can add suppliers I want to watch and the Tile shows x Suppliers on watch were x is a number  this part is working. However, if I click the tile I get a fatal SQL error. We use Security by permission list - in the PUM where security is not enforced you can see the data behind the Tile when you click into it. I've ensured the Tile is available to the user, user has
