Licensing rules are wrong in OEM12cR4

Hi Everyone,

I just catch a "bug" in OEM12cR4 in the licensing rule inforcement: When you disable DIAGNOSTIC & TUNING PACK, the Performance Home disappears in the Performance menu but you can still generate AWR report. Also, when you are on the AWR report page and you ask Setup/Management Packs/Packs for this page, it says that no license is required!!!

Is it aligned with the idea of having "control_management_pack_access=DIAGNOSTIC+TUNING" by default?

Hum just a thought... ;o)
