Install Base Integration w/ other system

Hi,

I am trying to find a way to integrate JD Edwards Service Module with Right Now (CRM from Oracle).

Basically we need to send equipment information (install base) from JDE to Right Now and it should be done by a Web Service functionality. I mean, Right Now should access JDE database and recover equipment information via web service.

Has anybody tried to do it?

I am not finding any webservice for equipment records (F1201/F1217) and I not sure if it is possible also.

I appreciate if anybody could help me.
