How to setup minimum payment threshold amount in Oracle Payables/Payments?

Oracle Application version: 12.1.3

Database version 12.1.0.2

How to setup minimum payment threshold amount in Oracle Payables/Payments?

For example, if we setup the min for payment is $1,000.

1st invoice is $300 and 2nd invoice is $500, the system should not make any payment as total is only $800, but once we add another invoice of $200, then it will make $1,000 payment for three invoices.

An early response would be highly appreciated.
